Caution!

• Slime is NOT TO BE EATEN! Please keep your slime toy away from small children and pets. 

How long will my slime last?

• The shelf life or slime can vary depending on the type of slime. Some slimes last a long time without getting sticky even if they do not get activated. Others will get sticky faster and will need more. Just always try to take good care of your slime like you would a little pet :) 

How do you make your slime? 

• So sweet that you want to know, but my recipes are in C's vault! 

Do I get Borax with my order? 

• Yes, please disregard borax baggie if you are allergic to it. 

I have allergies and/or I am ingredient conscious. What do you use to make your slime. 

• Please do not play and/or purchase slime if you are allergic to any type of glue, lotion, baby oil, shaving cream(s), powder(s), cornstarch, soap, food coloring, paints, pigments, and/or fragrance/essential oils, any type of foam beads, and glitters. 

My slime is sticky, stiff, not stretchy, or kind of foggy, what can I do? 

• Our slime card gives instructions on how to care for your slime! 

What is slime activator and how do I use/ make it? 

• Slime activator literally gives your slime what it needs and maintains the chemical reaction that ultimately results in slime. Every order comes with a Slime Saver Powder, follow the directions on the back of your slime care card and remember just add small drops at a time. If slime is tough add small amounts of lotion, warm water or baby oil to help soften it. 

What ages are recommended for slime? 

• Slime is meant to be played by children 6 years and older under responsible supervision. 

Can I get free slimes or samples? 

• No, we do not offer free slimes or samples, but we do have discount codes from time to time! Please join the email subscribe list and follow my social media pages so you do not miss out!!!! 

Orders

What comes with my slime order? 

• All orders come with a borax baggie, slime care card, and candy.

How long does shipping usually take? 

• Orders are processed with 3-5 days, meaning once you have placed your order, we package the items you ordered and prepare them for shipment within 3 to 5 days! I drop packages at the post office for shipment on Mondays and Thursday. 

Can I track my order? 

• Yes, just check the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. 

Do you ship internationally? 

• We do not ship internationally at this time. Sorry. 

Slime was brought by my child without permission! What can I do? 

• I'm sorry, but we are not responsible for your child's actions and can therefore not issue a refund. 

What can I do if my package was lost or stolen? 

• Please contact USPS and they will be happy to help you with this issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Can I cancel my order? 

• No, all sales are final. 

Can I return a product and/or get a refund?

• No, all sales are final. 

My slime arrived and was damaged, can you help or do something about this? 

• In the case that you received you slime in a damaged condition, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try to resolve the issue:) 

Is it safe to use my credit card on you website? 

• Yes :) Our payment system is operated through Shopify which is compliant for payments and accepts most of credit cards.

Do you have slimes that are available at a discounted price? 

• My ~ Love You Slime ~ is always a discounted slime when offered! I try to keep my prices as low as possible and from time to time we have discount codes! Join our newsletter list and follow us on our social media pages so you don't miss out! 

Covid-19 Response

How is your product covid-19 safe? 

• All working areas are disinfected. Slime and other products are packaged with washed hands and while wearing gloves.
